Abstract:

The final rule, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Integrated Iron and Steel Manufacturing Facilities Technology Review, was promulgated on April 3, 2024. (See 89 FR 23294). This interim final rule will revise certain compliance deadlines for standards finalized in the 2024 rulemaking.
