Title: Reconsideration of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Primary Copper Smelting Risk and Technology Review  
Abstract: The final rule, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Primary Copper Smelting Residual Risk and Technology Review and Primary Copper Smelting Area Source Technology Review, was promulgated on May 13, 2024. (89 FR 41692). The final amendments for the major source NESHAP included work practice standards for bypass stacks and emission standards for particulate matter and previously unregulated HAP. The EPA has identified certain items in that final rule for reconsideration, which this action will address.
