Title: Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD): Paragraph Designation Corrections; Correction
Abstract: This rule will correct certain paragraph references in the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) regulations to conform with the revised paragraph designations required by the Office of the Federal Register. Specifically, this rule will correct citations in 40 CFR 51.166 and 40 CFR 52.21 to fourth level subparagraphs that were revised under RIN 2060-AW26 from (a), et seq., to (A), et seq. to be consistent. This rule is exempt from notice-and-comment rulemaking under the Administrative Procedure Act because it involves minor technical corrections that make notice-and-comment procedures unnecessary.
