Abstract:
The final rule, New Source Performance Standards Review for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels (Including Petroleum Liquid Storage Vessels), was published in the Federal Register and became effective on October 15, 2024 (89 FR 83319). The EPA identified items for reconsideration. This action will address provisions regarding applicability, emissions control requirements, and compliance timeframe. In addition, the action will add clarifications on definitions and technical issues related to the original rule. |
