Title: ●National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Major Sources: Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional Boilers and Process Heaters; Amendments to New Source Dates. 
Abstract:

This action will propose amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants at major sources from new and existing industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) boilers and process heaters. Certain aspects of these standards were challenged and subsequently vacated by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, U.S. Sugar Corp. v. EPA, 113 F.4th 984 (D.C. Cir. 2024). This action will propose revised new source dates for several source categories of new and existing boilers and process heaters consistent with the court's opinion.
