| Title: Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs); Use Authorizations | |
| Abstract: This rulemaking, which was to address issues identified in the 1994 PCB Disposal Amendments that were not included in the amendments promulgated in 1998, would have addressed a use authorization for certain non-liquid PCB applications, which although currently in use have never been authorized under the PCB regulations at 40 CFR part 761. However, this use issue is now included in the proposed rule titled "Disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls: Implementation Issues (RIN: 2070-AD52). Therefore, this entry is being withdrawn. | |
