Abstract:
On December 20, 2019, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (NDAA) was signed into law. Among other provisions, section 7351 amends section 8(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to include a one-time reporting event of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) manufactured (including imported) after January 1, 2011. |
