Title: Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Addition of Certain Chemicals 
Abstract:

EPA initiated a rulemaking under section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) to add certain chemicals of interest to EPA as well as the public, including certain chemical substances on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Work Plan for Chemical Assessments, to the list of chemicals reportable under EPCRA (i.e., the Toxics Release Inventory).
