Title: Grants to Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations Requirements 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend Department of Transportation regulations on uniform administrative requirements for grants and agreements with institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and other Non-profit Organizations. This rulemaking would specify requirements that are consistent with the uniform administrative requirements for grants and cooperative agreements to State and local governments.
