Title: ●Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs; Extension of Effective Date 
Abstract: This rulemaking would extend the effective date of a Final Rule published on February 25, 2010 [75 FR 8528] which updated the Alcohol Testing Form. This action would extend the effective date for use of this from August 1, 2010 to January 1, 2011. This rulemaking action was published on July 2, 2010 as a final rule under RIN 2105-AD84.
