| Title: ●Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs: Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form | |
| Abstract: The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revised the current Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) to conform with its revised Mandatory Guidelines. The new Federal CCF is approved for use by the Federal Agencies for their workplace drug testing programs on October 1, 2010. Because the Federal CCF is also used in the Department of Transportation (DOT) drug testing program, the Office of the Secretary is amending its drug testing procedures to authorize employers regulated by the DOT to begin using the new Federal CCF on October 1, 2010. | |
