Title: Aviation Economic Regulation Amendments Part II
Abstract: This rulemaking action would amend the aviation economic rules by removing or updating any outdated references, definitions, terminology, and forms. The purpose of these amendments is to make certain the most current and accurate references to the law are provided within the aviation economic regulations. These proposed amendments would require substantive changes to the regulations.
