Abstract:

This rulemaking would establish regulations to implement section 1121 of the FAST Act to establish a Tribal Transportation Self-Governance Program. This rulemaking action was initially reported under regulatory identification number (RIN) 2125-AF70. All future activities regarding this rulemaking will be reported under RIN 2105-AE71.
