Abstract:
This rulemaking would update the U.S. Department of Transportation's procedures implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), which requires agencies to consider the environmental impacts of proposed major Federal actions. The Department last updated its procedures in 1985. This rulemaking would make DOT’s environmental review process more efficient and effective. |
