Abstract:

This rulemaking would update three Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations outlining requirements for Federal awards, 2 CFR 1201.80, 1201.206, and 1201.327, to accord with recent revisions by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to its Guidance for Grants and Agreements, 2 CFR part 200 (part 200).
