Title: Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs 
Abstract:

In this rulemaking, DOT would revise its regulations to provide interim provisions to permit the conduct of directly observed urine tests in situations where oral fluid tests are currently required, because oral fluid testing is not yet available.
