Abstract:
This rulemaking would ensure that the Department operates its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Programs (collectively, Programs) in a nondiscriminatory fashion, in line with law and the Constitution. The NPRM would clarify the appropriate considerations for the administration of the DBE and ACDBE Programs. |
