Abstract:

This rulemaking would examine rescinding the ancillary fee disclosure and other miscellaneous requirements promulgated in the Department’s 2024 Final Rule, Enhancing Transparency of Airline Ancillary Fees consistent with the Executive Order on Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation.
