Title: ●Eliminating T-8 Report of All Cargo Operations 
Abstract:

The Department would eliminate the T-8 Report of All Cargo Operations because the information collected is duplicative of information collected by the Department on the Form 41 Financials submitted either quarterly or twice a year depending on carrier revenue. The Department does not use the information submitted on the T-8 form.
