Title: ●Updates to Aviation Economic Procedural Regulations 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would update DOT's procedural regulations in 14 CFR parts 200 to 399 to remove and to update obsolete and outdated references and requirements; to establish streamlined procedures for cancellations, revocations, or withdrawals requested or consented to by the applicants or air carriers; and to amend staff assignments, to codify current practice in antitrust immunity proceedings, and for review of action under assignments to effectuate the streamlined processes.
