This action is being taken to reflect current legislative language, to be current with industry practices, to reflect industry concerns, and to recapture administrative expenses incurred. As part of this action, a small entities review under 5 USC Section 610 will be included. This action will clarify the language and make it conform with the current legislative language and intent. | |
