Title: Aviation Insurance 
Abstract: This final rule revises and updates the aviation insurance requirements. This action is being taken to reflect current legislative language, to be current with industry practices, to reflect industry concerns, and to recapture administrative expenses incurred. This action clarifies the language and makes it conform with the current legislative language and intent.
