Title: Flightcrew Alerting (Formerly Warning, Caution and Advisory Lights)
Abstract: The FAA is amending the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes concerning flightcrew alerting. It adds additional alerting functions, and consolidates and standardizes definitions and regulations for flightcrew warning, caution, and advisory alerting systems. Finally, this action will result in harmonized standards between the FAA and EASA. This rulemaking has been downgraded and will not appear in next month´s report.
