Title: Fatigue Tolerance Evaluation of Metallic Structures 
Abstract: This rulemaking would address advances in the fatigue tolerance evaluation safety requirements for transport category metallic structures. This action is necessary to avoid or reduce catastrophic fatigue failures. The intended effect is increased safety requirements and harmonization with international standards.
