| Title: ●Installed Systems and Equipment for Use by the Flightcrew | |
| Abstract: This rulemaking would amend design requirements in the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes to minimize occurrence of errors by the flightcrew, and to enable the flightcrew to detect and manage errors that do occur. Adopting this rulemaking would eliminate regulatory differences between the airworthiness standards of the U.S. and those of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) without affecting current industry design practices. | |
