Title: Air Traffic Controller Mandatory Retirement Age Waiver 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend the process of requesting a waiver of the mandatory separation age for air traffic control specialists. This action is necessary because the current process contains requirements that are either contrary or redundant to current air traffic records retention policy. The effect of this action would reduce the burden of tracking information, which is currently stored for less than the five year requirement.
