| Title: ●Use of Additional Portable Oxygen Concentrator Devices on Board Aircraft | |
| Abstract: This rulemaking would add one portable oxygen concentrator (POC) to the list of acceptable POCs contained in Special Federal Aviation Regulation 106 (SFAR 106), increasing the number of acceptable POCs from 11 to 12. This action is necessary to allow the additional POC to be used on board aircraft and to ensure that all POC devices deemed acceptable by the FAA are allowed to be used by the traveling public, provided certain conditions specified in SFAR 106 are met. | |
