Title: ●Air Carrier Maintenance Training Program 
Abstract: This rulemaking would require maintenance training programs to be approved by the FAA for operators of aircraft with 10 or more passenger seats. This action is intended to address improper maintenance and inspection procedures and improve repair practices. The rulemaking would ensure standardization in the way air carriers perform maintenance. The training program would be administered to any person who performs, inspects, or directs maintenance or directly supervises maintenance, preventive maintenance, alterations, or repairs.
