Title: Feathering Propeller System for Light-Sport Aircraft Powered Gliders
Abstract: This rulemaking would eliminate the "autofeathering" propeller system requirement for powered gliders under light-sport aircraft rules. The change is necessary to provide for a simple, manual feathering propeller system. The intended effect is to make the requirement more consistent with the use of a light-sport powered glider and the expected level of complexity for light-sport aircraft.
