Title: ●Update Procedural Rules for Protests and Contract Disputes 
Abstract: This rulemaking would update, simplify, and clarify the current regulations governing the procedures for protest and contract disputes brought against the FAA. It would also add a voluntary dispute avoidance and early resolution process. This action is necessary to ensure the regulations reflect the changes that have evolved since 1999 when they were first implemented. The intended effect of this action is to streamline and further improve the protest and dispute process.
