Title: Installed Systems And Equipment for Use by the Flight Crew 
Abstract: This rulemaking would enable the flightcrew to detect, minimize, and manage their errors by updating the design requirements in the airworthiness standards for transport category airplanes. The intended effect of this action is to eliminate the differences between the U.S. airworthiness standards and those of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) without affecting current industry design practices.
