Title: Lightning Criteria for Expendable Launch Vehicles 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend flight criteria for mitigating against natural lightning strikes and lightning triggered by the flight of an expendable launch vehicle through or near an electrified environment in or near a cloud. These changes are needed to increase launch availability and maintain common requirements with the U.S. Air Force.
