Title: Orders of Compliance, Cease and Desist Orders, Orders of Denial, and Other Orders 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would provide the opportunity for an informal conference with an FAA attorney before an order is issued under section 13.20. This change is necessary to provide additional fairness and process to those persons who would be subject to such an order, and would be consistent with other enforcement actions. These conferences may result in a resolution of the matter, thereby conserving resources for respondents and the FAA.
