Title: Aviation Safety Organization Changes 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would replace references to specific Aircraft Certification Services (AIR) and Flight Standards Services (AFS) offices with generic references not dependent on any particular office or geographic structure. These changes follow the reorganization of these offices and would eliminate confusion, enable potential future reorganizations, and impose no new obligation.
