| Title: Transport Airplane Certification Streamlining | |
|
Abstract:
This rulemaking would address the recommendation that the Federal Aviation Administration received from Aviation Rulemaking Advisory Committee (ARAC) to reform and streamline the FAA's existing part 25 certification regulations. This rulemaking would codify commonly used special conditions, equivalent level-of-safety findings, and exemptions for title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 25 and would, in part, harmonize with the standards that the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) currently requires. |
