Abstract: This rulemaking would revise and include the use of equipment compliant with Technical Standard Order (TSO) C166c (Extended Squitter Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast (ADS-B) and Traffic Information Service - Broadcast (TIS-B) Equipment) as an option to meet the ADS-B rule requirements in addition to TSO-C166b or TSO-C154c.
