Title: Update and Clarification of the Passenger Facility Charge Regulations 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would respond to a congressional mandate to implement changes to the Passenger Facility Charge program. In addition, it would update the regulations to reflect current practices and remove obsolete provisions.
