Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend FHWA regulations at 23 CFR part 630 concerning Project Authorization and Agreements (subpart A) and Advance Construction of Federal-aid Projects (subpart G). This rulemaking would include amendments to reflect changes in related laws and regulations, remove outdated or conflicting requirements, and ensure consistent compliance.
