Title: ●Technical Amendments to the Planning Process 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would have considered technical amendments to the Statewide and Nonmetropolitan and Metropolitan Transportation Planning and Programming regulations at 23 CFR part 450, such as updates to the planning factors and plan requirements and changes to improve the transportation planning process. FHWA is terminating this RIN and plans to consider any technical amendments to 23 CFR part 450 under RIN 2125-AF98.
