Title: Update to 23 CFR Part 633, Subpart B--Federal-Aid Contracts (Appalachian Contracts) 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would rescind the rule and regulations issued on September 30, 1974, Federal-aid Contracts (Appalachian Contracts). will amend 23 CFR part 633, subpart B, which establishes procedures for administering projects and funds for the Appalachian Development Highway System (ADHS) and local access roads serving the Appalachian region. The updates to the regulations will address outdated requirements and improve efficiency and consistency of the requirements directed at projects on the ADHS and local access roads.
