Title: Minimum Levels of Financial Responsibility for Motor Carriers 
Abstract: This rulemaking would permit FMCSA´s financial responsibility requirements to be satisfied by insurance policies issued by a Canadian insurance company legally authorized to issue such policies in the Province or Territory of Canada where the motor carrier has its principal place of business. This action is in response to a request from the Government of Canada (Canada).
