Title: Electronic Signatures and Documents (E-Signatures) (RRR) 
Abstract: This rulemaking would incorporate the principles of FMCSA´s regulatory guidance concerning e-signatures and electronic documents by amending various sections of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to enable the use of e-signatures and e-documents in support of electronic recordkeeping. This would provide possible paperwork reductions, and be less burdensome to the motor carrier industry.
