Title: Amendments to Implement Certain Provisions of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) Act; Final Rule 
Abstract: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) adopts as final regulation certain provisions required by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) Act. The rule is a nondiscretionary ministerial action that can be taken without issuing a notice of proposed rulemaking and receiving public comment, in accordance with an exception available to Federal agencies under the Administrative Procedure Act.
