Title: ●Amendments to Implement Grants Provisions of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act or "FAST Act" 
Abstract: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) adopts, as final, certain regulations in Part 350 required by the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act) enacted on December 4, 2015. The involved statutory changes go into effect on October 1, 2016, and require that FMCSA make conforming changes to its regulations to ensure they are current and consistent with the statutory requirements.
