Abstract:

This rulemaking codify the No Human Trafficking on Our Roads Act, which requires permanently disqualifying an individual from operating a commercial motor vehicle who uses a commercial motor vehicle in committing a felony involving paragraph (9) of section 103 of the Trafficking Protection Act of 2000 (22 USC 7102(9)).
