| Title: Passenger Carrier No-Defect Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports | |

Abstract:
This rulemaking will propose to eliminate the requirement for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers operating passenger-carrying vehicles to submit, and motor carriers retain, driver-vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) when the driver has neither found nor been made aware of any vehicle defect or deficiencies (no-defect DVIRs). |
