Title: National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners; Administrative Removal of Medical Examiners 
Abstract:

This rulemaking will amend 49 CFR 390.115 to provide an administrative removal process for medical examiners who are not in compliance with certain administrative requirements for continued listing on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (National Registry).
