| Title: ●Passenger Carrier Regulations in 49 CFR Part 374 | |
|
Abstract:
This rule would rescind the regulations contained in 49 CFR part 374. These regulations were transferred from the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) (and then to FMCSA) as part of the savings clause in the ICC Termination Act (ICCTA). FMCSA does not regularly attempt enforcement of part 374. This rule would be deregulatory. |
