Abstract:

In this annual rulemaking, FMCSA primarily corrects inadvertent errors and omissions, removes or updates obsolete references, and makes minor language changes to improve clarity and consistency. It may also make amendments to internal rules of agency organization, procedure, practice, or matters relating to agency management or personnel. The technical amendments do not impose any material new requirements or increase compliance obligations.
