Title: Procedures for Participating In and Receiving Data From the National Driver Register Problem Driver Pointer System 
Abstract: This final rule amends the agency's National Driver Register (NDR) regulations to implement an amendment made by the Pilot Records Improvement Act of 1996. The amendment authorizes air carriers to receive information from the NDR regarding the motor vehicle driving records of individuals who are seeking employment with an air carrier as a pilot. This final rule establishes the procedures for those pilots to request, and for those air carriers to receive, NDR information.
